Ear Wax Removal Practitioner

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and helping people improve their quality of life? We are looking for a friendly, patient-focused Ear Care Practitioner to join our welcoming team at our Shrewsbury & Wolverhampton Hearing Centre, working 4 days per week (9:00am – 5:00pm).
Salary: £23,072 per annum
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare, hearing care, or customer service who enjoys making a genuine impact every day. Whether you're already working as a Hearing Care Assistant or looking to develop a rewarding career in ear and hearing healthcare, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Ear Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' hearing and ear health journey by:
- Performing professional wax removal procedures
- Conducting hearing screenings and referring patients for further assessment where appropriate
- Providing outstanding patient care, service, and support
- Assessing clients' needs and recommending the most appropriate ear care solutions
- Promoting ongoing ear health and patient wellbeing
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Hidden Hearing's high standards
- Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
- Adhering to all professional, legal, and company policies and procedures
