About The Role

Early Career Teachers – Primary (Full-time, Temporary)

Location: Sunderland

Salary: £600 – £844 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Start Date: September 2026 - Ongoing

The School and Role

Vision for Education are looking for enthusiastic and driven Early Career Teachers (ECTs), to work full-time/part-time hours across a range of schools in Sunderland. At Vision, you can start your career as a Primary Teacher in a way that suits you! We can offer day-to-day, long-term and permanent roles, meaning your start as a teacher can be completely flexible to your circumstances. We work with highly rated schools across the Newcastle local authority, so we can help to find a school that suits you.

Requirements

The desired Early Career Teacher will have:

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children.
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
  • A genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teaching and support staff.
  • Have passed your ITT course.
