Early Careers Recruitment Administrator– 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: London
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Sector: Legal

We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Early Careers Recruitment Administrator to join a leading law firm in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working as part of the Early Careers team, you will support the delivery of the firm’s graduate recruitment and development programmes, helping to provide an engaging and well-organised experience for candidates, future trainees, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting graduate and early careers recruitment campaigns
  • Coordinating applications, assessments, interviews, and selection processes
  • Managing candidate communications and responding to queries
  • Helping to organise assessment centres, interviews, insight programmes, and careers events
  • Working closely with hiring managers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
  • Supporting the onboarding of future trainees and other early careers hires
  • Assisting with vacation schemes, work experience programmes, and trainee-related activities
  • Preparing recruitment reports, data, and programme updates
  • Supporting wider Early Careers and HR projects as required

About You:

You will ideally have previous experience within early careers, graduate recruitment, recruitment, or HR. Previous experience working within a law firm would be preferred.

You should also have:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A professional and confident approach with candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, collaborative, and service-focused approach
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system would be beneficial
