Early Careers Coordinator

As Early Careers Coordinator, you will support the delivery of GBE-N's early careers programmes end-to-end. You will work closely with the Early Careers Lead to ensure programmes are delivered effectively, providers are managed well, and early career professionals are fully supported throughout their journey.

You will be a central point of coordination across internal teams, external partners and early careers participants, ensuring all activity is well-organised, compliant and aligned to the wider early careers strategy.

This is a hybrid role that can be based at either our Wylfa Anglesey or Warrington office.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Programme Delivery & Coordination

  • Coordinate programme delivery: Support the end-to-end delivery of graduate, apprentice and placement programmes, translating design into well-planned, structured operational delivery.

Participant Experience & Support

  • Enable a positive participant experience: Act as a key contact, supporting onboarding, engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement of the early careers experience.

Stakeholder & Line Manager Engagement

  • Support stakeholders and line managers: Build strong relationships, provide guidance and coordinate support to ensure early careers colleagues are effectively embedded and developed.

External Partner & Provider Management

  • Manage provider relationships: Act as the day-to-day contact for training providers, supporting delivery, quality assurance and issue resolution.

Recruitment, Attraction & Outreach

  • Coordinate attraction and recruitment activity: Support campaigns, assessment logistics, outreach events and development of GBE-N's early careers brand.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain data and drive insight: Manage programme data, track key metrics and support reporting to inform improvements and ensure compliance.

Governance, Compliance & Operations

  • Support governance and compliance: Maintain risk, documentation and processes to ensure early careers activity meets internal and external requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required

  • Experience in HR, early careers, learning & development or talent coordination
  • Strong organisational and programme coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across teams and partners
  • Experience working with external providers or partners desirable
  • Passion for early careers, skills development and social mobility
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data and processes effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint desirable)
  • Ability to build trust and provide pastoral support to early careers colleagues

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in HR, Learning & Development, Education or a related field
