Early Careers Recruitment Manager (16-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: London
Our client is a leading private equity investment firm with an established international presence and a strong reputation for investing in mid-market businesses across a range of sectors. They are seeking an experienced Early Careers Lead to join their HR team on a 16-month fixed-term contract, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment and development of early careers talent within the investment team.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will lead the firm's Early Careers programme across multiple European locations.
- Managing the attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and development of interns and entry-level investment professionals.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Designing and continuously improving recruitment processes.
- Building relationships with universities and student organisations.
- Organising recruitment events.
- Supporting long-term talent pipeline planning.
- Analysing programme effectiveness, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Contributing to wider HR initiatives across the business.

Requirements
- At least four years' experience in early careers or recruitment, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Comfortable managing multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, project management, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Experience with Workday Recruitment is advantageous.
- Interest in using AI and technology to improve recruitment processes.
