Why join us?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established Early Careers function and play a key role in shaping future talent across the business. You'll combine operational leadership with strategic influence, helping to drive the continued evolution of our trainee and apprenticeship programmes, including the transition to the SQE qualification route.

Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities

As Early Careers Manager, you will lead the Early Careers team and oversee the successful delivery of trainee, apprentice and study programmes from attraction and recruitment through to qualification. You'll ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders, manage programme performance, maintain MI reporting, and provide leadership and development to the team.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll support workforce planning, manage relationships with training providers, oversee vacation schemes, assessment centres and client secondments, and ensure programmes remain aligned to future business needs. You'll also play a key role in strategic projects, including the continued transition to the SQE pathway, while managing budgets, monitoring apprenticeship levy spend, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and return on investment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
