This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll work as part of a close-knit team within the early careers recruitment function.

Description
This is a fast paced and varied role where activities will include the following:
- Process high volumes of applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to candidate queries
- Support online & in-person recruitment events, university initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Assist with onboarding and compliance checks

Profile
You'll be calm under pressure, confident communicating at all levels, and able to manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong written skills, attention to detail and a solid working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel are essential.
This role is ideal for somebody who has graduated in the past few years and gained 6-12 months experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (either agency or in-house) with a genuine interest in Early Careers within a professional setting.
