About This Role
Only About Children Cheltenham - Early Childhood Teacher
Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in children's lives? Join Only About Children and be part of a supportive, values-driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional education and care. As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early learning experiences that support each child's development, wellbeing, and school readiness. You'll create a nurturing, engaging environment while building strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and your team. You will also contribute to the implementation of our curriculum, support quality improvement initiatives, and help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning across the campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child
- Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Create meaningful, engaging interactions that support lifelong learning
- Document children's learning and development using digital platforms
- Mentor and support team members in delivering quality practice
- Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
- Communicate effectively about children's progress and development

About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching/Education
- A valid VIT registration & WWCC
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an early childhood teaching role (3-5YO)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- A commitment to child safe standards and implementing child-safe practices
