EARLY SHIFT BARISTA – STARBUCKS, LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT
Fixed-term contracts until the end of October 2026!
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + an extra £1.20 per hour for shifts between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate to £14.05 per hour.
Shift times: Between 2 AM and 12 PM, working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.

About You
- Thrive working with people, staying active, and keeping a great laugh.
- Bring a positive, kind attitude and energise every shift.
- Must be 18 years or older due to responsibilities within the role (including handling/selling alcohol).
- Have previous experience working in a coffee shop.
- 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check required.
About the Barista Role
- Passionate about learning new coffee skills and beverages.
- Happy to share product knowledge and craft custom drinks.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised workspace.
