Early years Administrator
Nursery – West Hampstead Station Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary – £30,513.60 per annum pro-rata (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location – West Hampstead, London, NW6 3RU
This position is for Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 8-5 / 8:30-5:30pm*

We’re looking for a Part Time Early Years Administrator to join and support our West Hampstead Station Nursery.

The Role
As an Early Years Administrator, you will:
- Lead parent outreach initiatives
- Support the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions, and booking changes
- Assist parents with financial queries and solutions
- Coordinate monthly invoice runs, invoice debt, funding tasks, and manage payment plans
- Support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to resolve customer issues and make independent decisions
- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry
- Great communication skills, with colleagues, children, and parents
