Kiddi Caru Day Nursery – Apprentice Position Part of Grandir UK | Location: Abington Grove, Northampton
About the Role
Join our supportive, child-focused nursery as an Apprentice, playing a key role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring our children. You’ll encourage their curiosity and help them thrive daily while earning a training salary of £8.00–£8.40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and meet individual child needs
- Supervise and support children under all circumstances
- Engage in interactive activities:
- Storytime sessions
- Mealtime assistance
- Mentoring nurtured play
- Nappy-changing support
- Act as a positive role model for children
- Build trusting relations with parents/staff
- Adhere strictly to safeguarding procedures
- Progress towards an Early Years qualification with hands-on training
