We’re seeking an Early Years Apprentice to join our Chandlers Ford Day Nursery.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £26,662.20 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Location: Chandlers Ford

Key Responsibilities
As an Early Years Apprentice, you’ll support a team in caring for babies and children up to age 5. Your role includes:
- Engaging play & learning – Leading interactive activities, storytelling, and curiosity-driven adventures
- Encouraging child development – Creating opportunities aligned with their learning journey
- Apprenticeship & training – Completing required courses and assessments with support from your assessor
- Innovation in practice – Reflecting on feedback and introducing fresh ideas to enhance care and learning
Requirements
Essential Criteria

Commitment to completing the apprenticeship program

Qualifications:
- English qualification: GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or Functional Skills Level 2
- Willingness to achieve this qualification alongside the apprenticeship (if not already held)

Preferred Experience:
- Previous roles in nursery support, childcare, or education (e.g., Nursery Bank Staff, Teaching Assistant, Nanny, etc.) – though not essential
