About This Role
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join our growing nursery team as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice.
About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, collaborative environment while working towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
As part of our team, you will play an active role in supporting the learning, development, and care of our children aged 2-5, while learning from experienced practitioners and contributing to a high-quality early year's provision.

Essential Requirements
- A year or more experience of working within an Early Years setting and/or
- A Level 2 Early Years qualification with relevant experience
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to a collaborative environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to completing the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
Key Responsibilities
- Support children's learning, play, and development in a safe and nurturing environment
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities
- Work closely with colleagues as part of a team-focused approach to ensure high-quality provision
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
- Contribute to creating an inclusive, stimulating learning environment
