What We Offer You

  • £15,704–20,280 salary (100% remunerated)
  • Full-time role (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri)

Requirements & Eligibility

To qualify:

  • Aged 16+ (no upper limit!)
  • Ability to work full-time, year-round in the UK
  • Alternative support: If missing Level 2 Functional Skills/GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4), we’ll help you achieve these during your apprenticeship

📅 Start dates: January, April, September, November—apply anytime! 📌 Duration: Complete in as little as 12 months


Your Apprenticeship Journey

  • Spend 4 days/week at a LEYF nursery (leading childcare experience)
  • 1 paid day/week in the Apprenticeship Academy:
    • Study support, triplчины, and shared resources
    • Guidance from experienced nursery managers & coaches
