What We Offer You
- £15,704–20,280 salary (100% remunerated)
- Full-time role (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri)

Requirements & Eligibility
✅ Who we’re looking for:
- Passionate about early years education
- Belief in every child’s right to a strong start
- Patience, kindness, and a drive to listen & nurture

To qualify:
- Aged 16+ (no upper limit!)
- Ability to work full-time, year-round in the UK
- Alternative support: If missing Level 2 Functional Skills/GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4), we’ll help you achieve these during your apprenticeship
📅 Start dates: January, April, September, November—apply anytime! 📌 Duration: Complete in as little as 12 months
Your Apprenticeship Journey
- Spend 4 days/week at a LEYF nursery (leading childcare experience)
- 1 paid day/week in the Apprenticeship Academy:
- Study support, triplчины, and shared resources
- Guidance from experienced nursery managers & coaches
