This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

As a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice, you will support experienced nursery practitioners to:

  • Create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children
  • Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, activities, and personal care
  • Observe and record children’s progress
  • Promote children’s wellbeing, safety, and development

Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • School leavers starting their career in Early Years
  • Individuals with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a desire to learn and grow

GCSEs (or predicted grades) in English and Maths are desirable but not essential.
