This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

- Create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, activities, and personal care
- Observe and record children’s progress
- Promote children’s wellbeing, safety, and development
Requirements
We’re looking for:
- School leavers starting their career in Early Years
- Individuals with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a desire to learn and grow
GCSEs (or predicted grades) in English and Maths are desirable but not essential.
