  • Starting from £26,662.20 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Hours

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

The Role: Early Years Assistant

  • You will work as part a dedicated team caring for babies and children up to age 5.
  • Supporting the development of young minds through interactive play, activities, reading, and milestone-focused engagement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster each child’s growth towards key developmental milestones.

  • Salary: Starting from £26,662.20 per annum

What We’re Looking For

Your ideal candidate must demonstrate:

  • Preferred but not essential: Previous experience in childcare (e.g., Nursery Bank Staff, Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, or Childminder).
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for every child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents.
  • Skills in using diverse communication techniques effectively with both children and adults.
