Early Years Bank Staff

Bright Horizons Chingford Day Nursery & Preschool – Flexible Working Practitioner (Bank/ Agency Role)

Location: 76 Station Road, Chingford, London, E4 7BA

Salary: £14.15 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role: Flexible Working Practitioner

  • Care for babies and children (ages 0-5) in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with Bright Horizons’ safeguarding policies and practices, including up to date training.
  • Support mixed-age groups across key developmental stages (e.g., EYFS goals).

Requirements

  • Experience or a desire to work with babies and young children (0-5 years).
  • A valid Childcare Level 3 or comparable qualififation is preferred but priority will be given to those with evidence of CSCPS or day nursery registrations.
  • Commitment to our HEART principles and inclusive culture.
  • Willingness to complete enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Flexibility to work across various early years settings.
