Location: 76 Station Road, Chingford, London, E4 7BA
Salary: £14.15 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role: Flexible Working Practitioner

- Care for babies and children (ages 0-5) in a nurturing environment.

- Assist a variety of parenting families in a safe space where every child feels valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with Bright Horizons’ safeguarding policies and practices, including up to date training.
- Support mixed-age groups across key developmental stages (e.g., EYFS goals).
- Demonstrate flexibility and engagement with families and our Bright Flex programme.

Requirements
- Experience or a desire to work with babies and young children (0-5 years).
- A valid Childcare Level 3 or comparable qualififation is preferred but priority will be given to those with evidence of CSCPS or day nursery registrations.
- Commitment to our HEART principles and inclusive culture.
- Willingness to complete enhanced DBS clearance.
- Flexibility to work across various early years settings.
