Hi, I'm Jo, the Nursery Manager at Wragby Road. With 28 years of experience in early years education and an NNEB qualification, I began my journey as a Nursery Nurse and have since had the privilege of working with children of all ages—from newborns upwards. I’m incredibly proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team who go above and beyond each day to support every child’s growth, development, and happiness. How you’ll spend your time here You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily. Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity. We’d love to talk to you if you have the following · An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3 · Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings · Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous The Team & Environment You’ll be joining Wrgby Road Nursery team, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children’s development.
