The Role in Depth
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom:
- Nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.
- Bring our N Curriculum to life through play, learning, and meaningful connections.
- Grow both early minds and your career with training, coaching, and resources.
Daily Responsibilities
- Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development-focused activity plans
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, clean and engaging early-learning environment
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
- Collaborate, motivate, and share ideas as a positive role model

Qualifications & Experience
Every N Educator must have:
- Proven experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) + willingness to train
- Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
- A deep passion for education and shaping children’s lives
- Team-player attitude, positive mindset and can-do spirit
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
