Buttons and Bows Nursery, part of the Bows and Arrows Group, is looking for an Early Years Educator that is level 3 qualified or above to join our super-duper team.

Your responsibilities

Some of your duties will include:

  • Initiating and engaging in exciting activities & experiences for children, indoors and outside.
  • Supporting children’s behaviour using strategies that align with High Scope Approach & Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
  • Completing observations, planning and learning-journeys.
  • Developing relationships with all parents/carers.

About us

Bows and Arrows are a not-for-profit charity, operating 7 nurseries across Ipswich, all of which are rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

Buttons and Bows Nursery on Aster Road forms part of the Bows and Arrows group, operating its 3 rooms (baby, toddler and preschool) all year round. The nursery and its team have a huge passion for open-ended natural learning that includes access to outdoors and the natural world at all times, so bring your wellies!
