As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom, nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. In our fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, you’ll bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning, and meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
  • Support smooth daily routines, from mealtimes to naptimes
  • Create and implement development-focused activity plans
  • Conduct observations, assessments, and planning for key children
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment at all times
  • Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
  • Act as a positive role model by collaborating, motivating, and sharing ideas

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in an early-years environment
  • Qualification: Level 2 or above in Early Years (full & relevant)
  • Certifications:
    • Paediatric First Aid (12 hours minimum)
    • Current safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
  • Passion for education and helping children thrive
  • Personality traits:
    • Strong team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
    • Confident communicator with a customer-service focus
