As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom, nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. In our fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, you’ll bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning, and meaningful connections.

Responsibilities
- Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines, from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development-focused activity plans
- Conduct observations, assessments, and planning for key children
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment at all times
- Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
- Act as a positive role model by collaborating, motivating, and sharing ideas

Requirements
- Experience working with children in an early-years environment
- Qualification: Level 2 or above in Early Years (full & relevant)
- Certifications:
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours minimum)
- Current safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
- Passion for education and helping children thrive
- Personality traits:
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with a customer-service focus

- Competitive starting salary: £28,808 – £31,782 (based on experience)
