Early Years Educator – William Gladstone Childcare, Newark

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, skilled Early Years Educator to join our cared-for and nurturing team at William Gladstone Childcare in Newark, Nottinghamshire. Rated Good by Ofsted and proudly holding a 9.8 rating on Day Nurseries, we offer high-quality, inclusive early years education and care.

Job Purpose

As an Early Years Educator, your role will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging learning experiences for children
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Support the nursery management in maintaining high-quality care and education practices
  • Actively contribute to a team-based approach with clear policies and guidance

Requirements

Applicants must have:

✔ At least a Level 3 Early Years Education & Childcare qualification (or equivalent) ✔ Proven post-qualification experience in early years settings

An enhanced DBS check is mandatory (current certificates issued through the updated service will be accepted).

Hours: 40 per week — Full-Time (52 weeks/year)
