Our Cherubs Executive House is our well-loved 80-place nursery in Bulwell, Nottingham, with great transport links (bus, tram, and road networks).

Your Role & Responsibilities
You’ll be part of an exceptional Childcare Team, passionate about making every day joyful, engaging, and meaningful for our children and families. Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality early years provision, ensuring children thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Upholding safeguarding policies—always prioritising children’s safety and well-being.
- Being a positive role model, demonstrating best practice and empowering colleagues.
- Offering warm, clear handovers to parents/carers at day-end.
- Creating detailed "Nursery In A Box" records for key children, tracking progress against EYFS frameworks.
- Maintaining rooms and outdoor spaces—curating inviting, organised, and engaging learning environments.
- Planning and delivering activities (indoor & outdoor) that cater to each child’s individual development.
- Attending staff events, including parents’ evenings, meetings, and summer fairs (some may be outside standard hours).

What We Look For
To join us, you’ll need: ✔ A Qualified Early Years Educator status or equivalent. ✔ The right to work in the UK. ✔ A “Keeping Children Safe” form, completed. ✔ A DBS check. ✔ 2 satisfactory employment references (some roles may require a 5-year employment history).
