Early Years Educator L3

Tel: 020 7254 1010

Holy Trinity CE Primary School is looking to recruit a highly motivated and talented Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in our Pre School provision (0-2 years). The role requires someone who is passionate about children’s learning and who has a rich knowledge and understanding of how our younger pupils learn.

A fully recognised Level 3 Early Years Qualification is essential for this post and experience within a variety of early years settings is desirable. This post is being offered on an all year round basis: however we do operate four compulsory week closures throughout the year that are counted towards annual leave entitlement. If you are committed to helping children to make progress in every lesson, every day we would like to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
