Early Years Educator

About the Role
Welcome to Kido, where passion, ambition, and people shape everything we do. As an Early Years Educator, you'll embody our values and culture while leading children’s positive learning experiences in London's new Kido International Nursery & Preschool (London Fields, E8 3NJ).
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) role offering a competitive salary within a rapidly growing, international company—ideal for building a long-term career.
** Key Responsibilities**
Core Duties
- Create nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environments where children thrive.
- Serve as a consistent key person, fostering strong relationships with assigned children.
- Observe child development and plan tailored learning experiences.
- Use diverse teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Set up inspiring, innovative spaces encouraging curiosity.
- Assess and support children with SEND with family and professional collaboration.
- Strict adherence to safeguarding policies, reporting concerns to the DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead).
- Conduct daily health and safety checks and risk assessments.

Requirements
- Relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 2 in Early Years).
- Proven management experience within Early Years settings.
- Maths & English qualifications (minimum Level 2, including functional skills) are required if securing a post-2014 qualification.
- Passionate commitment to DBS checks and enhanced disclosure before starting.
Note: Kido currently cannot sponsor visas.
