As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be the heart of your playroom, empowering children to develop curiosity, confidence, and creativity through our play-based N Curriculum. In our dynamic environment, you’ll shape young minds while advancing your own career through tailored training, mentorship, and professional development.


Your Role

🔹 Inspire learning – Bring the N Curriculum to life through play, engagement, and connection

🔹 Support daily routines – Safely navigate mealtimes, naps, and transitions

🔹 Design development plans – Create and implement personalised activity plans for key children

🔹 Observe and assess – Track learning progress and update assessment records regularly

🔹 Forge genuine connections – Build trusted relationships with children and families

🔹 Maintain a safe, engaging space – Ensure your classroom is clean, stimulating, and child-safe

🔹 Embed child safety measures – Consistently follow safeguarding, health, and policy protocols

Your Qualifications

✅ Experience: Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting

✅ Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or higher)
  • **Fully up-to-date with a pediatric first aid certificate (12-hour course)

✅ Knowledge:

  • Safeguarding training (or commitment to refresh)

✅ Passion:

  • A true love for education and a commitment to transforming children’s futures
  • Strong team player with can-do attitude and positive mindset

✅ Skills:

  • A confident communicator with customer service expertise
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting
