Meet Elaine – Nursery Manager
Hi, I’m Elaine, the Manager with 35 years in early years education. Leading our peaceful, converted farmhouse nursery, I’m proud of the safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment we provide for children.
Nestled in a quiet setting with outdoor play and learning at the heart.
Our spacious, walled garden allows free exploration, movement, and social play—enhanced further by regular access to the adjacent running track and gardens. We also feature a cosy sensory room for our youngest learners while our dedicated preschool classroom supports school readiness by fostering independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
Our passionate team, highly regarded in the local community, ensure every child’s unique journey is marked by outstanding care and education. The warmth and welcoming vibe we’ve cultivated is evident as soon as you visit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
