You know the value of early years—and so do we. If you’re a Qualified Early Years Educator ready to bring energy, creativity, and care to every day, we’d love to have you on our team.
About Us
Established in 1993, Cherubs Nurseries is a family-run business dedicated to empowering every child with the personalities, skills, and experiences they need to thrive. Our approach, inspired by Montessori, Hygge, Reggio Emilia, and Forest School, places child-led learning and community growth at its core. Through initiatives like fundraising events, community clean-ups, and a Sustainability Action Plan, we aim to strengthen the places where children grow up.
We believe it takes a village to raise a child. Cherubs Nurseries champions diversity in early years, particularly encouraging more men to join the workforce. We partner with organisations like MITEY to foster an inclusive, gender-balanced early years community.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
