We are looking for someone to join our team on bank to provide high quality care of babies and children within the Day Nursery, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
In pursuing these duties, the post holder will ensure compliance with the NHS Constitution (details of which can be found at the following website: www.nhsemployers.org or www.dh.gov.uk/nhsconstitution.
Professional Role
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To care for children in accordance with their individual physical, social and psychological needs.
- To work within both NHS and Ofsted’s national, regional and local guidelines relating to day care provision.
- To take every reasonable opportunity to maintain existing expertise and develop new skills as appropriate.
- To support senior staff as a member of the Nursery team.
- At all times to maintain strict confidentiality.
