Salary: PO2: £44,937pa rising in annual increments to £47,925pa including London Weighting

About the Team:
The Early Years Quality Improvement Team supports Childminders, Early Years Group Settings, and Out of School Providers registered with Ofsted. Operating on a locality-based model, our priority is to ensure providers are informed about key National and Local initiatives and excel in meeting the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Requirements.

The team develops and delivers a centralised training programme while also providing targeted support to the broader early years sector.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
You will take a proactive, targeted approach to:
- Provide support, advice, and training for providers preparing for registration, newly registered, or due for an Ofsted inspection.
- Deliver intensive support to providers rated as below the expected standard by Ofsted.
- Offer guidance on safeguarding and welfare compliance, particularly when issues arise.
- Ensure providers meet key regulatory and statutory obligations effectively.
(Provider Definition: Includes Childminders, Early Years group settings, and Out-of-School providers registered under the EYFS on Ofsted’s Register.)
