- Salary: £26,437 – £28,808 (per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, with regular pay reviews)

About the Role
Position Overview
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join the Lakehouse Day Nursery in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol. As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in nurturing, inspiring and supporting children, encouraging curiosity and fostering their daily growth.
Daily Responsibilities
- Promote high standards of quality in the nursery’s care and learning environment
- Support and supervise staff in playrooms, ensuring daily duties and standards are met
- Deploy staff effectively to uphold room-level requirements
- Ensure keycarer procedures are followed and children are matched appropriately to staff
- Uphold Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines in practice and provision
- Provide professional updates to parents/carers about their children’s development
- Promote the nursery to both current and potential families
- Develop positive working relationships with staff and parents/carers

Our newly updated nursery offers:
