Early Years Practitioner Nursery and Primary
GBP82.14:GBP100 per day

Reeson Education is working with welcoming nurseries and primary schools across North London, in the borough of Enfield, who need dedicated Early Years Practitioners to support their youngest learners. If you're passionate about Early Years education and want the flexibility to work in either nursery or primary school settings, this Early Years Practitioner role is perfect for you.
You'll be working across areas including Edmonton, Southgate, Palmers Green, Enfield Town, Ponders End, Winchmore Hill, and Cockfosters: all with excellent transport links.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll work flexibly across nurseries and primary schools (EYFS), supporting children aged 0-5 as they explore, learn, and grow. You'll create engaging play-based learning experiences, support daily routines, and help track children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality activities that promote learning through play
- Support children's communication, physical, social, and emotional development
- Carry out observations and contribute to EYFS tracking and assessments
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for young children
- Assist with personal care, mealtimes, and rest times as needed
- Build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and families
- Uphold safeguarding policies and maintain health and safety standards

What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or above in Childcare/Early Years (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) OR an Early Childhood degree
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for one)
- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development stages
- Flexibility to work in both nursery and primary school EYFS environments
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
