Job Description

About the Role

Early Years Practitioner (Nursery) Location: Bexleyheath, London Salary: £31,158 – £36,649 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience) Contract: Full-time

Bright Horizons Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a **full-time, Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team and help inspire the next generation.

Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Practitioner, your role will involve:

  • Planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging, child-led activities tailored to individual developmental needs.
  • Fostering a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and a lifelong passion for learning.
  • Supporting children’s progress toward key Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) milestones.
  • Building strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
  • Adhering to safeguarding policies to ensure child welfare and protection.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification.
  • Experience or passion for creating fun, inclusive learning environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
