Nursery – Early Years Practitioner (Barrow)
Salary: £29,203.20 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience) Location: Barrow General Hospital, Barrow

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:
- Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging, tailored activities to encouraged children’s developmental growth
- Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can express themselves, engage minds, and develop a lifelong love of learning

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering tailored learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Supporting children to reach key developmental milestones
- Ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
- Collaborating with parents, carers, and collegial teams
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Deep knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to build trust and partnerships with colleagues, parents, and carers
