About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a critical role in delivering targeted interventions to ensure children are prepared for learning, building resilience, and achieving positive outcomes. Your focus will be on providing elderly help to preschool children at risk while supporting their families within homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored interventions to enhance children’s learning readiness.
- Work closely with parents and families to create a supportive home learning environment.
- Conduct developmental assessments to identify early needs and monitor progress.
- Collate and maintain accurate records in compliance with service policies.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams for holistic family support.
- Engage with families as the first educators, ensuring consistency in early learning.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience working with children aged 0-5 and their families.
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification in early childhood education.
- A full driving licence and reliable access to a vehicle for fieldwork.
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and early childhood development principles.
- Proven ability in delivering child-centred interventions and working within diverse communities.
