Early Years Practitioner

Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)

Location: Norwich

Salary: £26,600 per annum

Contract/Hours: Permanent / Full Time – 40 hours per week

Closing Date: Midnight on the 16th of June 2026

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our setting.

You’ll take a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years, fostering:

  • Confidence
  • Social skills
  • A love for learning

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with our team to ensure our indoor and outdoor spaces remain engaging, safe, and stimulating
  • Managing transitions and building strong, trusting partnerships with families
  • Supporting children through daily routines with a calm, caring demeanour

Your commitment to children’s full potential ensures every child feels valued and supported.


What We Need From You

Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification (e.g., NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Experience in planning and delivering educational programmes tailored for children aged 0-5
  • Ability to observe, guide, and mentor less experienced colleagues to enhance their skills
  • Proficiency in communicating effectively with children and families
  • Understanding of children’s holistic development (emotional, physical, psychological, and educational) from 0-5 years
  • Awareness of special educational needs (SEN) support in early years settings
