Early Years Practitioner – Royal Hospital School
Location: Holbrook, Ipswich, Suffolk IP9 2RX
Salary: £27,500 – £29,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Permanent (required as soon as possible)

About the Role
We are seeking an Early Years Practitioner to play a vital role in inspiring and nurturing young children during this critical stage of their development. You will:

- Support children’s growth in social and communication skills
- Record observations and track developmental progress
- Celebrate and document children’s achievements
The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Exceptional ** interpersonal skills** to engage effectively with both children and colleagues
- A passion for leading by example, motivating, and inspiring others
Requirements & Conditions
- Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare
- Job Grade 3A
- Safeguarding commitment: All employees must support the safeguarding of children.
- Employment is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
- Post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974
