📍 Salary & Structure

  • Annual Salary: £29,619 – £34,840 (based on qualifications and experience)
  • Location: Dartford, Kent

✨ Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:

  • Plan, deliver, and adapt engaging, tailored activities to support each child’s developmental milestones
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, independence, and confidence
  • Foster meaningful connections with children, colleagues, and parents/carers
  • Reflect consistently on best practices to continuously enhance learning experiences

🌱 What We Look For

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above with NVQ/EYFS or equivalent
  • A passion for playful, inclusive, and child-centred learning
  • Deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Robust safeguarding and child protection knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust with all stakeholders
