- Annual Salary: £29,619 – £34,840 (based on qualifications and experience)

✨ Key Responsibilities
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:
- Plan, deliver, and adapt engaging, tailored activities to support each child’s developmental milestones
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, independence, and confidence
- Foster meaningful connections with children, colleagues, and parents/carers
- Reflect consistently on best practices to continuously enhance learning experiences
🌱 What We Look For
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above with NVQ/EYFS or equivalent
- A passion for playful, inclusive, and child-centred learning
- Deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Robust safeguarding and child protection knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust with all stakeholders
