Regional Early Years Practitioner (Bank Role)

Location: Midlands – Little Adventures Nurseries | Bank / Zero‑Hours

Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner ready to make a difference across multiple settings?

At Little Adventures Nursery, we don’t just provide childcare – we nurture little adventurers with big imaginations, kind hearts, and curious minds. We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Early Years Practitioners to join our bank team, providing high‑quality care and support across our nurseries in the Midlands region.

While this is a bank role, we are able to offer greater consistency, including a minimum of 10 hours per week for successful candidates.

If you enjoy variety, flexibility, and being part of a fun, motivated and supportive organisation, this could be your next great career move.

About the Role

As a Regional Bank Early Years Practitioner, you will provide essential cover and support across Little Adventures Nursery settings when needed. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care while bringing energy, creativity and professionalism to each nursery you support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
