Are you an Early Years enthusiast who is passionate about providing consistently high-quality experiences and interactions with our youngest learners?

We are looking for a permanent, part time Early Years Practitioner to work Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 3.15pm with a half an hour lunch break (27hours 30minutes per week), term time, including INSET days (39 weeks).

At Dunbury CE Primary Academy, we have a beautiful, bespoke Early Years base with a preschool and Reception class in the spacious, peaceful, village setting of Winterborne Kingston. The children have the entire building and extensive grounds to themselves and benefit hugely from this nurturing, yet stimulating environment, giving them a confident and happy start to school life.

Our preschool takes pupils from 2 years, 9 months old. Pre-school children have the advantage of integrating with Reception children as well as many opportunities for a bespoke curriculum suited to their own stage of development.

If you have the Level 3 qualification and are able to demonstrate the following, we would welcome your application:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
