Location: Yarm
Salary: Up to £27,299 per annum Contract/Hours: Permanent – Full Time (40 hours per week) Closing date: Midnight on 15th July 2026

About the Role
We are seeking passionate, qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our nurturing nursery team. In this role, you’ll work closely with children aged 0 to 5, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging play-based activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a safe, stimulating environment where every child thrives
- Observing child development, tracking milestones, and nurturing strong relationships with families
- Making a real, positive impact on a child’s earliest years
Requirements & Skills
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with:
- A Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 2-3, or equivalent)
- Experience planning and delivering inclusive educational programmes for children 0 to 5
- Skills to mentor and guide less experienced colleagues while developing their expertise
- Strong communication techniques when engaging with children and families
- Expertise in supporting physical, psychological, emotional, and educational development (0-5 years)
- Familiarity with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and inclusive practice in early years settings
