The Essentials: Requirements

To excel at LEYF, you’ll need:

  • A Level 3 childcare qualification or above
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Commitment to safeguarding – keeping children safe physically and emotionally
  • A positive attitude – willingness to adapt, be playful, and build trusting relationships

About Hither Green Nursery and Pre-School

Previously known as Lysth Nursery, we’re now part of LEYF – Lewisham’s newest young nursery, combining expert care with child-centred play.

Where we are?

  • Hither Green, 10-minute walk from Lewisham or Hither Green stations
  • Natural light, spacious indoor rooms for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers
  • Scenic outdoor play area – weatherproof and varied
