Nursery – Early Years Practitioner (Callands, Warrington)
Salary & Terms £28,072.60 per annum (full-time equivalent / subject to qualifications & experience) Location: Callands, Warrington
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored, milestone-driven learning for young children (0–5), focusing on socio-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and self-expression.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to build trust and ensure holistic child development.
- Reflect on and adapt practices to meet every child’s unique needs.

Requirements
Essential:
- Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Passion for early childhood education – You thrive on creating fun, inclusive, hands-on learning for children.
- Strong EYFS knowledge – By heart, not by rote! We value imaginative, child-centred approaches.
- Excellent safeguarding requirements – You can demonstrate a sharp understanding of child protection policies and act decisively when needed.
- Empathy and collaboration – You build strong partnerships with parents, peers, and management.
