Nursery: Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £26,936 / £27,996.80 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8

Bright Horizons is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join their Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool, a beautifully refurbished facility with extensive outdoor space, a designated baby unit, and an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ environment. Located in the scenic castle town of Kenilworth—easily commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and the West Midlands.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, your responsibilities include:
- Planning, creating, implementing, and reflecting on engaging, individualised activities that support each child’s development toward key milestones.
- Fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where young learners can express themselves, engage their creativity, and build a lifelong passion for learning.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years.
- A genuine passion for designing fun, inclusive, and enriching learning experiences.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and welfare best practices.
- The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, children, and families.
