Nursery – Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery

Salary: £28,080 - £29,203.20 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) Hours: 40 hours per week | Mon-Fri | Permanent Location: Rugby, CV21 4BW

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Rugby Day Nursery!

This 63-place nursery, located next to Rugby Train Station, cares for children from 3 months to 5 years old. Our rooms are age-based and filled with:

  • Cosy reading corners
  • Imagination stations
  • Role-play areas
  • Fantastic resources
  • A beautiful outdoor space accessible throughout the day!

The Role – Early Years Practitioner As our Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child’s unique needs
  • Encourage developmental milestones through fun, inclusive learning experiences
  • Foster a safe environment allowing free expression, active engagement, and a lifelong love for learning

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • A passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
