Nursery – Early Years Practitioner

Salary & Contract

  • Salary: £13.82 per hour (Level 2) or £14.36 per hour (Level 3), dependent on qualifications and experience
  • Location: Hounslow
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Planning, creating, and implementing engaging, tailored activities to support each child’s developmental milestones.
  • Providing a safe, stimulating, and encouraging environment for learning.
  • Building trustful relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
  • Ensuring child protection and safeguarding compliance.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a motivated Early Years Practitioner with:

  • A full, relevant Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years.
  • A genuine passion for inclusive, playful learning environments.
  • A robust understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection principles.
  • Excellent relation-building skills with parents, caregivers, and team members.
