About the Role
We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming Early Years setting in South Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly cohesive and supportive team, working within a setting that prides itself on providing an exceptional environment for both children and staff.
As a Nursery Practitioner, your role will include supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive.

Responsibilities
- Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in alignment with EYFS frameworks
- Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
- Facilitating play-based learning and exploration within both indoor and outdoor spaces
Requirements
- Essential:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working within an Early Years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
- A warm, caring, reliable attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
