Salary £14.24 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours 32.5 per week

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering their development towards key milestones.
- Design a safe, inclusive environment where children can freely express themselves, engage their minds, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a curriculum that supports children’s key stage transitions.
- Work with families, colleagues, and external organisations to ensure child progress and well-being.
- Maintain safeguarding best practices in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification.
- A passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Deep knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Ability to build trust with colleagues, parents, and children, fostering strong partnerships.
