Early Years Practitioner Unqualified

Early Years Practitioner (Unqualified)

Location: Leiston

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Casual Join our casual team with flexible working that fits around your life – supporting the needs of our service when shifts are available.

Closing date: Midnight on the 17th of July 2026 (We would also welcome applications from qualified practitioners)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Works as part of a team to create a safe and stimulating environment for our children
  • Support in planning exciting activities for preschoolers
  • Prepare children for school
  • Build strong relationships with parents/carers and families
  • Meet each child's unique needs with love and attention
  • Bring a positive attitude and make every day magical

What We Need from You:

As an Early Years Practitioner (Unqualified), we're looking for someone with:

  • A passion to learn and develop, whether you're new to the sector or experienced
  • Experience working with children in an Early Years or childcare environment
  • An understanding of children’s development needs (0 to 5 years)
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
