Are you an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work where you can still make a difference?
At Teaching Tomorrow, we work with schools across Bedfordshire, supporting them with their Teaching Assistant needs. We are currently working with schools across Bedford and the surrounding areas on a variety of roles from daily cover to potential long-term positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff
- Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being
- Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing insights with the nursery team
Requirements
- Early Years Teaching Assistant experience
- Relevant qualification
- Experience working in an SEND environment or supporting SEND needs
- Comfortable across the national UK curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students

Payment & Salary
- Payment via Umbrella or Paye
- Salary: £95 – £120 per day
